The Tofino Streamkeepers Society is a not-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to conserving and restoring watersheds within and around the community of Tofino. We were formed in 2004, when over 30 concerned citizens came together in an act of stewardship, wanting to take responsibility for our streams, creeks and wetlands. We often work cooperatively with government agencies, fisheries biologists, local businesses and residents to make the best decisions in protecting fish habitat and restoration.
